Ok, I got it
Kipton
Kipton was a sapphire pearl Winter White Russian Dwarf Hamster and was born on 27th July 2007. We got him on 9th September 2007. We also owned his brother, Bingley, and they used to live together in a Gabber Rex cage, however they had to be   split up due to fighting. Kipton was my first ever Dwarf hamster, and a trully special little man.

Kipton was the more dominant of the two, but wasn't as active or as inquisitive as Bingley. Sadly he was bullying Bingley, and bit him on his rear, so we had to split them up. Kipton then lived in his own cage, complete with 'flying house', which he loved!   He also enjoyed running on his Silent Spinner Wheel, and his legs moved really fast! He was a little jumpy when handled when he was a baby, but soon became very tame, though always has a good wash after being handled! He also enjoyed rolling around in his potty sand and exploring his toys.

Kipton did very well at shows, and won Best Opposite Sex Junior (the judge thought he was a girl!!!) at his first show. He then went on to get Best in Show Dwarf, Best in Show Junior Dwarf and Best Junior at Bradford Champs 08, and Best in Show Dwarf at Brockholes, along with many more BIS Juniors.

When he was about 1 and a few months, we think he had a stroke, as he began walking with a tilt, however he was still active and loved coming out. Last night we found him lying on his side. We think he had had another stroke as he could barely move, and we knew he was on his way out. I held him in my hand and told him it was OK to go, and that we would always love him. On the morning of the 23rd Jan he was gone, having passed peacefully in his sleep. Kippy, you were such a beautiful hamster, and you made me so proud. We will always love you. xxxxx
