Gorby and Larushka were normal Campbell's Russian Dwarf Hamsters. They were the first Custard Dwarfs. They were born in 1990 and died in 1992. Gorby was named after Gorbachov, the Russian President at the time, and Larushka sounded good with Gorby!
They lived together, and had several litters until they were eventually seperated. They lived in a huge tank with lots of ssawdust, and they loved to burrow and make tunnels in it. Their favourite food was millet spray.
Together they had lots of babies. Lynne and Iain kept one, called Tiny. He was very vicious and would bite as soon as look at you!
