Ok, I got it
Bailey
Bailey was a cinnamon satin female Syrian hamster. She was born on 17th August 2005 and had a long life. Sadly she recently passed away on 5th August 2007. She was in pain, as we think she had an infection of the womb, so we thought it would be kinder to let her go.

She was a brilliant mother to her 8 children, and always liked to sit up on her hind legs with her head slightly tilted. She liked to sit on your chest and be stroked, or run and play on the bed, or in the corridor. She was such a character, and always up to greet you when you went into the hamster room. She will be missed greatly by the whole family. R.I.P Bailey, we will always love you. xxx

Cinnamon satin, shimmering coat,
Bailey why did you have to go?
Your time had come, the end was near,
We had to say goodbye my dear,

A prouder mother there never was,
Than you, Bailey, for all because,
You patiently cared for your wriggling pups,
You saw them through the downs and the ups.

Always alert, your sparkling bloom,
Would brighten up the hamster room,
Best in Show Junior, you made me so proud,
I wanted to run and shout aloud.

Always patient, placid, calm,
The perfect, cuddly, loving ham,
But then I knew you had to go,
A pain inside it hurt you so,

And now you’ve gone, we’re at the end,
It’s time to say goodbye, my friend,
But still we’ll never be apart,
You’ll always live on in my heart.
